All American Spirit Co. products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipment, American Spirit Co. cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or redelivery at no additional cost.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos when applicable.

We will work with our production and shipping partners to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
