At American Spirit Co., every item is made to order with care and produced specifically for each customer. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or changing your mind after production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or provide a refund when appropriate at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. Once production has started, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification because it is being custom-made specifically for you.
