Return & Refund Policy

All American Spirit Co. products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Orders already in production
• Delays caused by carriers or customs

Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
